2. The installation and maintenance of the wind-solar hybrid street lighting system should be carried out under the guidance of professionals.
3. Please refrain from using overly thin or low-quality cables, and opt for the original cables whenever possible. Alternatively, use GB-compliant sheathed cables of the same model to prevent electric leakage or fire hazards.
II. Preparation before installation
1. Inspection work: Check whether the components, accessories, and instructions inside the packing box are complete according to the equipment list and accessory list to ensure normal assembly. 1) Check whether the equipment list of the solar street light system is complete. 2) Check whether the accessory list of the solar street light system is complete according to the accessory list

IV. Site selection
1. Based on the road direction and the position of the light source of the luminaire, select the orientation of the light source of the luminaire to ensure that the illumination area on the road surface meets *** requirements.
2. Solar street lights must be installed in areas with sufficient sunlight, and the solar panels must face directly south without any shading throughout the day.
3. Solar-powered lighting fixtures should be kept away from heat sources as much as possible to prevent any impact on their lifespan.
4. Operating temperature range: -47℃ to 70℃. In colder environments, the battery capacity should be appropriately increased.
5. There should be no direct light sources above the solar panels to avoid misrecognition by the lighting control system and subsequent malfunctions.
6. There should be no other facilities (such as cables, pipelines, etc.) beneath the installation location of solar-powered street lights
V. Foundation
1. Installation of foundation embedded parts
2. Foundation pit excavation: Survey the geological conditions. If the soil is hard, excavate a pit of about 1 cubic meter at the location where the lighting fixtures will be installed. If the soil is soft or there are special requirements, the excavation depth will be determined separately.
3. Foundation pouring: Place the foundation cage in the center of the foundation pouring pit, and then pour, compact, and secure it with C20 concrete.

VI. Assembly
1. Count the lamps according to the shipping list: Disassemble and assemble them, check each component one by one against the packing list, and inspect for any damages such as bumps, wear, deformation, and scratches. Non-conforming products are prohibited from installation.
2. When placing the lamp post components and wear-prone accessories (components, lamp caps), soft cushioning materials must be used to prevent unnecessary damage such as scratches during installation.
When placing the lower lamp pole assembly, a wooden stool must be placed at its upper end for support, facilitating the installation of the upper lamp pole assembly.
4. Use wire to thread the wire through the lamp post where it needs to be.
5. Fix the solar panel onto the solar bracket.
6. Connect the wires of the solar panel and the LED street lamp.
7. Fix the solar bracket and LED street lamp onto the street lamp pole.
8. Connect the solar panel as required and test whether the system is functioning properly.
9. Use a crane to erect and secure the street lamp pole.
10. Connect all wires as required.
11. ***Re-inspect and test whether the street lights are working properly.
12. Clean up the site to ensure a clean and tidy environment; check and confirm that all tools are accounted for without any omissions.
VII. Precautions
1. When installing components, handle them gently and strictly avoid short-circuiting or throwing them.
2. The power cord should be sealed with silicone at the junction box, as well as at the threading points of the lamp post and components. The connecting wires of the components must be firmly fixed at the bracket to prevent the power cord from loosening or even falling off due to long-term sagging or pulling.
3. When installing the lamp head, handle it gently to ensure that the lens is clean and free from scratches. Rolling and throwing are strictly prohibited.
4. When wiring, pay attention to the positive and negative poles. It is strictly prohibited to connect them reversely. The wiring terminals should be crimped firmly without looseness. At the same time, pay attention to the connection sequence and strictly avoid short-circuiting the circuit.
5. Do not touch the positive and negative poles of the components and batteries simultaneously to prevent electric shock hazards.
6. During the installation process, avoid scratching the lamp body.
7. The bolts connecting the lamp head, lamp arm, upper lamp pole assembly, and solar cell module should be securely fastened without any looseness.
8. A protective plate must be added when installing components.
9. The galvanized holes of the lamp post should be sealed with special glue or silicone to ensure beautiful meaning.
